a. The book occurs in Gordon High School during 1960-1990, but it is based on an event that took place in 1969.
b. One: The event it is based on is in 1969. Two: The room in the beginning is filled with typewriters. Three: Using film projecter instead of computer-projecter. Four: Blackboard instead of whiteboard.
2. "Then Laurie did her famous fish face: she pushed her ears out, crossed her eyes, and puckered her lips." (Page number 3)
The sentence really stood out for me because it was really descriptive and funny. I could just imagine her face like that. It made me laugh on the inside because the imagery the author used was really funny.
3. What do you think that Ben Ross has in store for his students the next day? In the back, it asks if history really will repeat itself. What could this message mean?

I agree with most of what you said, and sometimes I do that face thing to the other class (you) if we get out first. they think it's funny but i dont blame em.
i really agree with your answers. there so descriptive.
I also think that the sentence that you used from the book was funny and that it relates to the realworld. Great Job.
I think that Ben Ross will create an expiriment for his class and make half of thye class the Nazi's and the other half the jewish people.He might also create prblems thast are similar to what happened then.
Ithink it means that a simmilar problem might accur to what happened to the jewish people and that they can't stop it.
Ben ross probably had the wave project for his class. Which I think is to understand why the nazis folled hitler. And I think "History will repeat itself means that" the wave thing goining on I the schooll will be so major it'll be like the hitler and the nazis thing repeating all over again.
Yea on the technology thing really gives us clues on how this tok place in the past. Like how we don't use black boards.
