OP #3

1. Some evidence that the experiment was getting out of control was that they added more to the wave. For one thing, they added another part to the motto, which is "Strength through action". Also importantly, they made membership cards. Another thing is that the pep rally has changed to wave rally. The principal was starting to disapprove too. Even other grades joined!

2. ""What the football team needs," Laurie told him, "a quarterback who can pass, a running back who doesn't fumble, a couple of linebackers who aren't afraid to tackle, and an end who--"
This sentence stood out for me because it stated the obvious and was an idea different than David's, but it was still the right answer because the team really needed those. It was really funny because... it just is! You get what I mean, right? ^-^

3. Do you think the experiment will really get out of hand? Will The Wave be unstoppable? Will The Wave overtake the world? So many questions, which will be answered in time....

1. Yeah, there's certainly something weird going on and the strength through action thing does not bode well.

2. Yeah, the team did need better players but who says that it doesn't need a little teamwork?

3. The Wave is already starting to get out of hand. And I think if it isn't stopped soon enough it will be unstoppable at least by the school.

1.) Some of the evidence that you put I didn't think of because it didn't seem important but now that I think about it it is. For example the way the motto changed is a good example of it getting out of hand because the students were so in to Th e Wave Ben (Mr. Ross) needed to add another exciting part so the students wouldn't drift away from it.

3.) I think The wave will become unstopable and something bad will happen and Mr. Ross will get introuble for it because he started it and he won't be able to stop it.

1. i think there is something going on in the school experiment and its not good

2. i think that the sentence you chose was good to and like alex said everyone needs teamwork to achieve

3. i dont think the wave will become unstopible because i am sure it will be brought to justice and the law will stop it

Well the team DOES need teamwork, but Laurie is stating the obvious, which to me is kinda funny. ^.^
It might be nearly impossible to stop, but it probaly did stop because the person wrote the book and finished it.

3) Well now the wave is getting out of hand because they are having a "wave pep relly". Also when Mr.Owens called Ben because of the wave. I think it will be unstopable because the scool is into it now.

2) that sentence explains on how bad the football team is. And it is pretty funny that the line backers are afraid to tackles because thats basically what you do in football.
